Easter Saturday | 4 April 2026

Gates open 4:30pm

Easter Saturday at the Riverina Paceway is set to be a vibrant family celebration, headlined by fast‑paced racing and plenty of entertainment for all ages.
The crowd‑favourite Dachshund Dash, proudly sponsored by Jacinta Bodel Homes and Southwest Stockfeeds, returns with all the fun and chaos you’d expect from the region’s tiniest racers.

On the track, the night features two $100,000 Riverina Championships, supported by Mawsons and Boots Civil, along with the prestigious Yirribee Stud Wagga Pacers Cup.

Families will enjoy a full suite of children’s activities, including:

  • Mini trotters
  • Pony rides
  • Jumping castle
  • Ice cream van
  • Face painting

Day Meeting


The Nutrien Series begins with a laid‑back Friday race day perfect for racing fans and casual visitors alike.

Hit 93.1 will broadcast live from the course between 9am and 12pm, with racing to follow from 12pm onwards.

The day flows into the evening with the official Nutrien Series Calcutta at the Riverina Hotel, building excitement ahead of the Finals.

Expect a relaxed, social atmosphere with great racing, great company, and the perfect lead‑in to the biggest night of the year.
